How do I check my points balance? Sign in to your account, then tap the black Rewards button on the bottom-right of any page. Your points balance appears at the top of the panel. While shopping online, you can also see and spend points in the cart under “Spend your points.”
Do my points merge between in-store and online purchases? Yes. As long as your registered phone number or email address matches at in-store checkout and online login, your points balance will automatically synchronize.
How do I claim the $20 offline receipt discount on whole cakes? Snap a clear photo of your physical in-store receipt and send it to our official WhatsApp. Our team will verify your receipt and send you an exclusive promo code for $20 off your online whole cake order. (One discount per whole cake order; standard terms apply).
Will the points I earn today count toward future VIP status? Yes. All points and qualifying spend accumulated on your account will be recognized toward your tier qualification when the VIP system officially rolls out.
